Our funding is organized around five ways connection shows up in a young person’s life:
Play Together
Youth sports, mentorship, and the kind of belonging that comes from being part of something.
Learn Together
Academic enrichment, literacy, and tutoring that keeps young people moving forward.
Start Together
Early childhood and family support, because economic mobility starts early.
Build Together
Career pathways and paid opportunities that give young people a foothold.
Rise Together
Direct support during the moments that matter most.
Current Grantees
Grants range from $25,000 to $50,000 for up to 12 months.

We support project-based and general operating work that strengthens relationships and expands access to opportunity for young people in Philadelphia.

We prioritize work that is sustained, community-rooted, and relationship-driven. We do not fund one-time events, sponsorships, capital projects, or work without a clear path to sustained engagement.
